AIR CONDITIONER!!!

We had been trying to tough out the summer and live without an air conditioner. BUT, last night I'd had enough. These 90 degree days all in a row are just too hot. If we only had a little breeze through the house, it might not be so bad. So today, we broke down and got a window air conditioner and what a difference it makes!!! I think we will all sleep much better tonight! Of course after the air conditioner was installed, we saw a cheaper one at the grocery store. Oh well - I am just glad it will be less than 90 degrees in our bedroom tonight!

Brodie got a very nice package in the mail today from his cousins in Iowa. He got a great tiger picture and a very cool tiger book mark. He LOVES them. Thank-you very much Jade and Mackenzie!

Summer Fun!

Brodie and I have enjoyed a rainy morning and a sunny afternoon! We played with play dough (Grandma's recipe) this morning and played outside with chalk and bubbles this afternoon! Hopefully it will be warmer tomorrow and we can go swimming! I am trying to soak up all the one on one time I can before December :) Also trying to enjoy all the nice days before the snow starts!

We went to the beach today and Brodie had a blast. He wasn't quite sure of the waves at first, but ended up loving it. I did find our camera cord, so here are some photos from this summer.
