Fun in the country!

We've had a lot of fun this past week and have tried to stay a little cool.  We have been to the local zoo twice and spent most of our time there at the splash park.  We've also been playing in the pool, running in the sprinkler, and chasing the toads.  When I was thinking of all the fun the boys would have here earlier in the year, I didn't think about watching crop dusting.  But, we've enjoyed watching the planes go right by the house this past week.

Tractor Time!

Abel got out the tractor yesterday and Brodie got to go for a little ride (while Isaac was taking a nap).  Isaac is anxiously waiting to go for a ride today!

New Home!

Well, we closed on our house, our stuff got here a few days later and we have been trying to unpack since.  We have had a little fun playing in a sprinkler and relaxing on the deck!  The boys had fun watching some toads in the flower garden today.  There was a tiny, adorable baby toad also.  We are slowly getting back into our usual routine.   I thought I had all the kitchen boxes unloaded, but then found another big one to unpack.  At least I got the first loaf of bread made in the new house!

Hotel living

We have a few more days stuck in the hotel (or more likely the hotel is stuck with us :)  The boys at least sleep well at night.  The boys had some fun playing in a puddle yesterday.  I'm not sure their clothes will ever be the same.   

The Good Life

We made it back to Nebraska!  We are stuck in the hotel until the end of the week, but it feels so good to be back closer to home!  Happy 4th of July!
