Brodie's birthday celebration!

We had a great weekend on the eastern side of the state.  We celebrated Brodie's birthday, all of the July birthday's we've missed, and all of the August birthdays yet to come.

We had a little fun on our trip across the state.

We started in Omaha and had a ton of fun with Grandpa and Grandma Luksan!


We had some fun outside, enjoyed some ice cream cake, and opened some presents!

We then headed down to Lincoln and were worn out after so much fun and driving in such a short amount of time!!

We were so lucky the Goekens drove to Lincoln for Brodie's party and came to hang out with us before it started!

Birthday Countdown!

The birthday count down has begun!

We have been spending a lot of time outside since we got those cute puppies.  We can't believe how big they are getting!  We are enjoying every moment with them!

We are loving the heat of Nebraska summers!  We are also loving the air conditioning!

The watermelon from the garden isn't ready yet, but Isaac will be ready when it is!

The boys finally made it to the dentist in town and did a very good job!

They got to watch a video while they got their teeth cleaned.

We drove to Des Moines last week to pick up our puppies, Simba and Dinah!  We are loving every minute with them!

It was a long trip to Des Moines, but it was well worth it!

Isaac could carry Dinah last week, but not so much this week.
